Responsibilities

Qualifications

• •3-5 years of customer success or account management experience.
• •Proven track record of driving customer retention and satisfaction.
• •Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• •Experience with customer success platforms and CRM tools.
• •Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer data.
• •Problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
